Administrator (Maintenance)

Job Description:

  • Perform administration function to maintain efficiency of division related to staff activities, equipment issues and financial management
  • Ensure travel requisition and cockpit travels are appropriately raised to staff duty travel
  • Ensure third party invoice and staff claims are verified accordingly prior approval by Maintenance Manager
  • Prepare monthly reports expenditure of Maintenance division
  • Coordinate and send staff for courses under the training program
  • Prepare letters on admin matters
  • Process and maintain records of staffs’ annual medical compassionate and special leave
  • Check and finalize OT and travel allowance claims every month
  • Carry out any other task as specified by superior


  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • At least 1 year experience in Administrative task
  • Familiar with document processing and administrative works
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident to communicate in English
  • Computer literacy
