ER & Business Partner

Job Description:

  • Provide advice to the managements and employees regarding employment policies, employee relations issues, employment laws and regulations
  • Review HR policy and procedures, and able to recommend changes or suggestions to develop overall Employee Relation
  • Investigate cases related to employee relations concerns and other violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Prevent risk through the management of Employee Relations processes
  • Conduct training on compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support all people matters and deliver best quality of service to meet business unit’s expectation
  • Coordinate with related parties to arrange people engagement activities and internal communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
  • At least 4-7 years’ experience in HR, HRBP or Employee Relations
  • Knowledge in labor law is a must
  • Confident to communicate in English
